Definition of Present Perfect Tense
It shows action that has been completed recently or is continuing.
The third form of verb is used after have, has.

Passive voice of present perfect tense:
In passive voice, has been or have been are used after the object. In negative
sentences “not” is used between has and have. In questions why/where/how etc.
are used before has/have.
