Definition of Present Perfect Tense

It shows action that has been completed recently or is continuing.
The third form of verb is used after have, has.
The method of formation of simple tense of present perfect tense
Subject                                 has                   3rd form of verb                                object
He/ She/It/singular name     has                                     Playe                              football.
The method of formation of Negative sentence of present perfect tense
 Subjects                                          has+ not                       third form of verb                       object
He/ She/It/singular name                has+ not                                   Played                            football.
The method of formation of Interrogative sentence of present perfect tense
Has                                          subject                        third form of verb                         object
Has                               He/ She/It/singular name                          Played                        football?
If we use I/ we /they/plural name then this method is used
Subject                                                    has           third form of verb                                       object
I/ we /they/plural name                  have                  played                                                      football.
Negative sentence:
Subjects                                           have               not                         third form of verb           object
I/ we /they/plural name                   have               not                          played                          football.
Interrogative sentence:
Have                                       subject                                   third form of verb                          object
Have                                    I/ we /they/plural name           Played                                             football?

Examples:
We have watched the movie.
She has read news paper.
Has the sun raised in the east?
She has not flown a kite.

How to make sentence of present perfect tense


Passive voice of present perfect tense:

In passive voice, has been or have been are used after the object. In negative sentences “not” is used between has and have. In questions why/where/how etc. are used before has/have.

Method:

Subjective form of object     helping verb          third form of verb       by objective form of subject
A song                                       has                  been        sung                               by him.
v  In passive voice “been”is used after was/were and third form after them. In passive voice Auxiliary verb is used.
v  In passive voice sentences not is used between was/were and being.
v  In question was/were is used before the subject.
v  Other words why/where/which is used before subject.
Formula of passive voice of present indefinite tense:

   Present continuous tense======èaddition of been.

He has sung a song ===========è A song has been sung by him.

Examples:
Horses have been trained for the festival.
Why have been the elections being held?

When has the train been joined to a new engine?
