The value of grammatical category of numbers is called as plurals. Similarly like the other all languages English also have plurals. Plurals also indicate the Quantity of a noun. it shows that thing are more than one two or three or more than two.
English Noun can be classified as count ( singular & plural) and non-count.
Example:
Cat,bag, box, glass, keyboard, bus, foot, finger, education etc.
Only count able noun has plurals form. Non- countable noun has no plurals forms.

Rules of Plural making:
1: by adding s or es
Example:
Boy è boys, book è books, pen ==> pens, and these plurals are pronounce by/z/
cat ==>cats tip==> tips, chiefs ==> chief and these are pronounce by /s/
kiss==> kisses, watch==> watches, box==> boxes and these are pronounced by /Iz/
2:If the noun ends with ‑f or ‑fe, the f is often changed to ‑ve.
