My House
Now a day he is very fortunate who has
his own roof because mostly people living in rented house. It is an impotent
and basic necessity of man because it provides him shelter and comforts.
Therefore, it is a great blessing of God.
I have my own house. It is situated in Amana
Park, Lahore. It stands a little way back from the famous Multan road. It is a
very large house. I lived in it with my parents, sisters and brothers. Twenty
years ago, my father built it at the cost if Rs. 2500000. It is a three storey
house. Each story consists of eight rooms. All of them are well lighted and
airy. The bathrooms and kitchen are ventilated by means of extractor fan.
The drawing room of my house is
well-furnished. The largest room is the lounge which serves as a common room.
There is a big courtyard in my house. In winter, we sit there in the sun to
warm ourselves. It also has a small garden. My father grows flowers, fruit and
vegetable in it. There are some rare plants in it. I look after them daily.
