Professional Academy
Game and Sports inculcate a sense of
discipline, responsibility, team work, patience justice, co-operation and fair
play in human being. They play an important role in development of human
personality. These noble qualities ca be acquired by playing various games like
hokey, cricket, Football, hockey, volleyball badminton, tennis, basketball,
kabaddi etc. Similarly swimming, horse riding, weight lifting and gymnastic are
very useful for the physical and mental health. Game and sports are important
as food and water. Players and athlete
enjoy good health and sound physiques. Players and sportsmen are far more
disciplined, optimistic, self-sacrificing and cooperative than other.
It is a pity that Pakistani players and
sportsmen show poor performance in international game and sports. It is matter
of great shame for us. It is a mainly because there is no proper arrangement
and encouragement for game and sports an essential parts of the education at
the school level.
