Country and City Life | Village Life vs City life Essay | Learning ki dunya

A big city is the product of modern civilization but A village captures our mind with its natural and simple beauty. Village life vs city life.

Write a short comparison between village life and city life?

Life in its either forms has its charms. Living in a village is really a blessing nowadays but on the other hand, living in a city is not less than living in a jungle of human beings. Here life is dynamic, full of hustle and bustle. People fully participate in every activity of life.

In a city, we have ample facilities like schools, colleges, universities, to facilitate the city folk for their educational needs. Hospitals with the latest and fine equipment fully installed also serve the basic purpose of the cure of the ailing ones.

Basic facilities to make life more comfortable like telephone, electricity, are also there. Mobility is much easier in cities because of the availability of public transport that keeps on moving from dawn till late at night. Besides this color and glamour city life has its horrible impressions too.

The environment is not pure and clean. Heaps of filth can be seen everywhere. These are very populous. On the other hand village, life is very slow. There are no more such facilities like gas, roads, and hospitals.

But nature is quite open, abundant, and generous. Lush green fields present a soothing sight to the eyes. Villagers are very simple folk. They are hospitable and open-hearted. They are giving their best to the nation. It does not matter where one lives but problems are everywhere which can be solved by education, awareness, and mutual cooperation.

Life in a Village Essay for FSc and Degree Classes

1. A typical Pakistani (You can change Pakistan With Your Country like India, Bangladesh) village is situated away from the noise of a city. It shows very little signs of progress and development.

2. A Pakistani village captures our mind with its natural and simple beauty.

3. The farmers are simple and uneducated people........ But they are honest and truthful in their thinking and actions.

4. Life in a village is very peaceful...... The villagers enjoy a pure and unpolluted life.

A typical Pakistani village is situated away from the noise of a city. It shows very little signs of progress and development. It is a peaceful and silent place. It offers a simple picture of life. Nature with its simple but impressive beauty attends every rising sun in every village. Every village is a matchless village of Pakistan. There are green trees, vast meadows, and flowery bushes in every village. The sight of dawn looks very beautiful. The beauty of the Pakistani village consists of unpaved paths and streets. It has mud houses However, a few houses are made of bricks. Heaps of dirt lie here and their Stagnant water surrounds every village. It becomes a breeding spot for flies, mosquitoes, and other insects. A Pakistani village offers an ugly picture of sanitation.

Most of the people in a village are uneducated. They are men of simple habits and limited needs. They have fellow feelings and sympathy for one another. They are religious-minded. They celebrate religious festivals with great zeal. They are peace-loving citizens. They are content with their little joys and sorrows. They do not have facilities of city life but they do not crave for them.

Their main occupation is agriculture. Early in the morning, they take out their plows and pair of oxen and go to the fields to cultivate the land. Most of them work in the fields of big farmers and other wells to do people. All the families find some kind of work or the other. Even children are of great use. They add a little to the income of the family. Women do household work like cooking, washing, and grinding corn. The villagers are very hardworking people. They lead a life of struggle and poverty.

Life in a village is very peaceful. The green fields, the blossoming flowers fragrant air, and the shining sun all leave a healthy influence on the health of the villagers. They feel happy in the company of singing birds and murmuring water.

They eat pure and wholesome food. In the city, pure food is difficult to get. Moreover, in a village, there is no smoke from chimneys, factories, and mills. The air is fresh and pure.

However, village life is not without its drawbacks. The villagers are uneducated, superstitious ignorant, and backward. They do not keep pace with the changing trends of life. We should try to make our villagers happy and prosperous. A country which does not look after the interest of his farmers cannot make progress. The economy of Pakistan depends on agriculture. Most of its population lives in villages. We cannot make progress unless we uplift our farmers.
